The platform supports users in enhancing their websites' visibility and performance. Users retain full responsibility for the content generated and published using our services.

3. User Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable laws. By using AutoSEO, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Use of Services

Our service usage terms include:

• Ownership and Intellectual Property: All technology, features, and software provided by AutoSEO are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
• AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AutoSEO, including articles, keyword suggestions, and linking strategies, belongs to the user. However, AutoSEO may store and analyze generated content to improve its services.
• Marketing Communications: By providing your email address, you consent to receive marketing communications, promotional offers, and service updates from AutoSEO. You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting our support team. Note that even after opting out of marketing communications, you may still receive essential service-related notifications.

Prohibited Conduct - Users must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Disrupt the platform's operations or integrity.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within the first 7 days of use in case of dissatisfaction, prorated for the unused credits. To request a refund, please contact support@autoseo.io with the necessary details. Refunds will not be provided for credits that have already been used.

6. Content and Liability

• User-Generated Content: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the content they generate and publish through AutoSEO. AutoSEO is not liable for any content produced or automatically published by the platform.
• Risk Disclaimer: While we strive to deliver accurate and effective results, AutoSEO cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Use of the platform is at your own risk, and we disclaim liability for any losses arising from its use.

8. Termination
